In the Zhittya Cardiovascular Summit, we will focus on a breakthrough angiogenic treatment in the ischemic heart, with the potential to treat over 16,000,000 people who die from coronary artery disease every year and a new medicine with a potential to regenerate blood vessels is a breakthrough treatment.

Zhittya Genesis Medicine has developed FGF-1, a biological human growth factor, to treat severe coronary artery disease by growing blood vessels around blocked arteries through angiogenesis and regenerative medicine. FGF-1 has the capability of growing and regenerative new blood vessels among other tissues, as shown in past US FDA and German clinical trials where this treatment was proven to be safe and effective. FGF-1 grew blood vessels around the blocked arteries of those suffering from coronary artery disease, relieving patients of their heart pain and extending lives by upwards of 20 years in a less-invasive and effective treatment. Zhittya's FGF-1, as a regenerative medicine alternative to modern-stents Zhittya Genesis Medicine will restart this program in 2024 for individuals suffering from severe heart disease.

CEO and Found of HEALinc, Chair of the Joint National Stem Cell Ethics Committee and National Medical Ethics Committee of The Bahamas
Dr. Desirée Cox, MD, MPhil, PhD is a Rhodes Scholar, medical doctor, creative artist, and international respected thought leader in future health and regenerative medicine. With an education from McGill University, Oxford University, and Cambridge University and being the founder of and CEO of HEALinc and the Future Health Innovation Summit, her passion lies in the future of medicine. She is the CEO of multiple industry-leading biotechnology companies, an affiliate member of Rutgers University, and the first Rhodes Scholar from The Bahamas and the first woman Rhodes Scholar from the British Caribbean.
Dr. Jack Jacobs
President and Chief Science Officer of Zhittya Genesis Medicine
Dr. Jack Jacobs has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 25 years and has extensive expertise in supervising drug manufacturing operations and the design and implementation of preclinical animal trials and US FDA-authorized clinical trials. He started a new department of biological chemistry at Merck and for over 20 years has worked with Dan Montano as a chief scientific officer where Dr. Jacobs oversaw FDA-authorized clinical trials in which FGF-1 was tested in a number of medical indications, especially coronary artery disease. Dr. Jacobs received a BS degree from Davidson College and a PhD in molecular biology from Washington University, St. Louis.

Dr. Conville S. Brown
Founder, President, and CEO of the Medical Pavilion Bahamas
Dr. Conville Brown is considered a pioneer in the field of Cardiology in The Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean. After finishing his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Newark Beth Israel medical Center, Dr. Brown returned to The Bahamas to organize and advance The Bahamas Heart Center in 1990, the leading cardiology facility in the Caribbean. Dr. Brown went on to introduce novel medical equipment and programs to The Bahamas, and in turn, to the entire Caribbean such as Echocardiography systems, MRIs, and the First Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Brown has a number of achievements and awards ranging from being the first Bahamian inducted as a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology to Legend in the Field of Medicine by the government of The Bahamas.
Daniel Montano
CEO of Zhittya Genesis Medicine
Dan Montano started on the floor of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange in 1968 as a floor broker. Over the next 30 years, he managed thousands of stockbrokers as CEO of several securities firms. As an investment banks, Mr. Montano handled the IPO's of over 100 companies from 1968-1998. During that time, he also assisted in starting almost 100 new companies to advance new technologies all whilst securing his MBA from the University of Southern California (1974). In 1998, Mr. Montano left the investment banking industry and dedicated himself to advance biotechnology breakthroughs.

Viktoriya Tamlenova-Montano
Vice President of Strategic Development
Viktoriya (Vika) Tamlenova-Montano is vice president of strategic innovations for Zhittya Genesis Medicine Inc. For the last 20 years, she has been involved with biotechnology, handling technology transfer from the Ukrainian biotechnology companies to the USA, clinical trials, and research of new applications of angiogenesis medicines. Ms. Montano holds three Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree from prestigious Ukrainian universities. She also speaks six languages and has been the personal translator for the first president of a free Ukraine, President Leonid M. Kravchuk. Ms. Montano has presented at universities on epigenetics, and she is dedicated to addressing women's health issues, which can be treated with angiogenesis and neurogenesis.
Sam Cross
President of Cross Border Medical Tourism
Sam Cross, President of Cross Border Medical Tourism, founded the company in response to personal experiences with the limitations of medical treatment options in his home country. The initiative was motivated by the health challenges faced by his father and brother. This has lead to a focus on providing access to life-saving treatments abroad that are not available locally through a partnership with Zhittya Genesis Medicine.
